[edit] Reverting Edit which Removed Criticism Section

This article is not an advertisement for Archbishop Mitty.

The criticisms are levied amongst Archbishop Mitty students as well as persons from other schools in the Diocese and local public schools. They shouldn't be deleted simply because they show the school in an unfavorable light; there are plenty of other parts of the article that show AMHS' "good side," and the article as it stands with a criticism section is still objective. In light of this agreement, don't delete the anonymous alumni's opinion. Thanks!

Wikipedia has policies and guidelines, one of the most important of which is verifiability. Even if something is true, if it has not been made available by reliable, verfiabile sources, including it in the article becomes a violation of our no original research policy. To include the criticisms of students, people from the diocese, and local public schools, they need to be documented by someone reliable. I'd accecpt the San Jose Mercury News, the Valley Catholic, the minutes from a meeting of a local school board, possibly the personal website of a student, or some other documentation. [edit] Censorship

Wikipedia is not a public advertisement forum, and as such should not be censored to remove truthful statements which do in fact accurately reflect the happenings of the school.

Do you have an edit in mind? The last major reversion was by me; I deleted some stuff about "Monarch Madness" because the grammar and spelling made it impossible to read, and because it appeared to be trivia.
