"Her subjects are extremely idealized; babies in her photographs are almost always sleeping or staring into space, as if still in utero."

I think this is also something babies commonly do: sleep or stare blankly into space. I don't think that's necessarily a feature that is endemic to fetuses. Valley2city 07:45, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
