[edit] AfD nomination of Pope John Paul II IB Class of 2006
I've nominated Pope John Paul II IB Class of 2006, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Pope John Paul II IB Class of 2006 satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pope John Paul II IB Class of 2006 and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Pope John Paul II IB Class of 2006 during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you.
Specifically, you may want to take a look at both WP:NOT and WP:BIO. Sorry to kill your fun, but the article really isn't something I think belongs on Wikipedia. Cheers, and sorry for the intrusion. Luna Santin 04:56, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Andrew Ng
A tag has been placed on Andrew Ng, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. [edit] November 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles, as you did to University of Toronto Scarborough. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" is strongly discouraged. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. OhanaUnitedTalk page 04:32, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
