Andrew Turner (director)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Andrew Turner and his wife Sharon joined the Board of Norwich City F.C. on the 8 May 2007.

The couple are behind the hugely successful personal finance giants Central Trust PLC, which was set-up in 1987 and became one of the country's fastest growing companies. It is expected to be worth close to £1 billion by 2010.[1]

The couple acquired Barry Skipper's 5,000 shares in the Club.

Their first action was to immediately loan the Canaries £2m to cover an expected summer shortfall in cash, meaning City would not be forced to sell players to balance the books.
