Barry Skipper was Vice Chairman for Norwich City and he joined the club in 1996.
Barry held Sales and Marketing positions with Proctor and Gamble, Mars and Cadbury Schweppes
On the 8 May, Barry stood down as Vice Chairman after more than 10 years at the club
