Ambivere is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 40 km northeast of Milan and about 9 km west of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,265 and an area of 3.2 km².[1]
Ambivere borders the following municipalities: Mapello, Palazzago, Pontida, Sotto il Monte Giovanni XXIII.
