Alo Bärengrub (born February 12, 1984 in Kehtna) is an Estonian professional footballer, who plays in Norwegian Tippeligaen, for Bodø/Glimt. He plays the position of defender and is 1.82 m tall. He is a regular with the Estonian national team.

Bärengrub made his first-team debut for FC Lelle in Estonia's second division Esiliiga at the age of 16 in 2000. A year later he joined to FC Valga. After four seasons he moved to FC Flora Tallinn, Estonia's biggest club, in 2004 and, almost instantly, became an important player at the club. At the age of 23, after four seasons in Flora Tallinn, Bärengrub moved abroad.
In January 2008, he signed a 4-year contract with Norwegian Tippeligaen club Bodø/Glimt. Bärengrub played his first Tippeligaen match on March 30, 2008, in a 2-0 win against HamKam.

For Estonia national football team, Bärengrub is capped 13 times. He debuted internationally in 2004.
