It was found here http://www.cartage.org.lb/en/themes/GeogHist/histories/Oldcivilization/Egyptology/Calligraphy/art5.jpg and appears to be a historical piece of calligraphy, hence is not bound by any copyright laws. It is the name of the first Imam of Shi'asm Ali ibn Abu Talib.

Under American copyright law, originality of expression is necessary for copyright protection, and a mere photograph of an out-of-copyright work may not be protected under American copyright law.
