Alex dos Santos Cazumba or simply Alex Cazumba (born June 30, 1988 in Amélia Rodrigues-BA), is a Brazilian left back. He currently plays for São Paulo under 20 team.

Alex Cazumba has returned from a loan spell with Juventude in 2007 but was unable to stop them from being relegated to Campeonato Brasileiro Série B for 2008.^[1]
