Alex MacDonald (born April 14, 1990 in Burnley, England) is a footballer currently playing playing for Football League Championship side Burnley.
He was promoted to the senior squad during the 2007–08 season after progressing through the youth ranks at the club and was given the squad number 28 and came on as a substitute, replacing Wade Elliott on April 26, 2007 in the 3–3 draw against Cardiff City.[1]
