Acker played the 2006-07 season in Greece with Olympiacos and started the season well, but his ability declined as the season progressed. He was released from the team in July 2007 (replaced by Qyntel Woods). In August 2007, he signed for Spanish ACB team AXA FC Barcelona, but his transfer was cancelled due to a knee injury. But after negotiating a new agreement, he signed with AXA FC Barcelona again.
