[edit] Why does this article need Wikifying?

I fail to see the need for the tag. This article, under construction when it was tagged, cites a source. It does not seem to be long enough to need breaking down into sections. The only point that needed major attention was the categories, which now I have done the text I will proceed to deal with. --Gary J 18:22, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
