The Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited (AGTL), was incorporated in 1983, Located in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. Al-Ghazi Tractors's plant for the manufacture of Fiat Tractors in collaboration with Fiat New Holland. In 1991, Al-Futtaim Group of Dubai took over the management control of Al-Ghazi Tractors. Its corporate Head Office is in Karachi, Pakistan.

New Holland 480S
- It was originally Fiat 480. It was a 48 hp tractor. But due to slight modification its nowadays 55 hp.
New Holland 640
- It was originally Fiat 640. It was a 64 hp tractor. Nowadays its 65HP. Other changes include power steering {hydrostatic} and larger rear tire size which is 18.4-30. This has resulted in more traction and hence a better tractor.
