[edit] Merging the newer article "Air Blue" with this one.

Hi I'm merging the newer article "Air Blue" with this one. Pretty much everything was already mentioned there except for permission for flights to UK. Waqas.usman 00:20, 8 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] "Airblue destinations" doesn't warrant a separate article

Usually a separate article is created when the main article becomes too large like Boeing 747-400 separate from Boeing 747, Pakistan International Airlines destinations (that has a list of 90+ destinations) separated from Pakistan International Airlines etc. This airblue article is nothing like that, it hardly has 7 destinations and 1 Future route. I suggest the Airblue destinations article be merged back with the main Airblue article. Waqas.usman 14:46, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

Agreed, i have replaced the destinations back into this article. Fast track 27 April 2006 17:48 (UTC)

Some one has recreated the destinations article, and added false information as Air Blue do not plan to launch any of the places soon, except fro Amman and Muscat.(203.81.209.217 (talk) 15:51, 22 December 2007 (UTC))

[edit] jetBlue

To whoever removed the jetblue redirect: It's there for people who confuse the names. While the airlines have nothing in common, they are both airlines with "blue" in the name. I've personally talked to people here in the US that, when talking about jetblue, call it "air blue" or "fly blue" or something equivilant, but not correct. I am replacing the link. --KPWM_Spotter 19:34, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Flights to the UK denied for other reasons

Speaking to the public relations manger of PIA,I was told Airblue is not permitted ot fly to the UK for the simple reason of unexperienced pilots. So therefor even though their brand new airbus 320s are fit to fly there, the reason they can't fly to the UK is the pilots.I think then we can just explain that in the article no?---Nadirali نادرالی

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Airblue.GIF

Image:Airblue.GIF is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 19:24, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
