Agim Zajmi (November 28, 1936 - in Tirana) is an Albanian painter.
Graduated Painter and specialized painting of Stage design & Costume designer in Arts Academy of Saint-Petersburg, Russia. From 1961 and on, he was a stage design painter in National Theater of Opera and Dancing, also most of time in Albanian National Theater, Tirana. It also works often with theatres of Pristina(Kosovo) and Skopje(Former republic of Macedonia). Participant in different International festivals of Theaters as a stage designer painter.
From 1978, until today, he has worked as professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana.
His paintings are now part of the selected collection of the National Art Gallery of Albania and of different collections in and are exposed currently in various countries of the world.
At the present time its works are exposed in the room of reception (for foreigns delegations) of the Prime Minister of Albania.
On 1975 was honored as "Deserved Artist" of Albania
On 1991 was honored as "People's Painter" of Republic of Albania
On 1995 he was honored as "Professor".
