Afghan spice rub

There are many different spice rubs used in Afghanistan. Different kinds of meats receive different kinds of rubs. For example, turmeric is sometimes used in chicken rubs. However, it is not commonly used in meats such as lamb or beef. Dried dill is commonly used for fish.
