[edit] Interrupted

I've got this covered. I think this needs its own page, because this table is so difficult to have in the main article, and really isn't of interest to those who want to know only about the current release. I might need to leave for a while right now though. ALTON .ıl 00:16, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

Someone's rant on TGA and their ignorance about alpha channels versus transparency really does not belong here.

[edit] On a minor note...

Can anyone come up with the prices that they originally charged for the software in it's different stages, particularly I'm curious about the price of 1.0. Been scanning the net and haven't found a thing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.34.208.106 (talk) 22:55, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Minor builds?

Warum sind eigentlich mahrmals x.x.1 Builds aufgeführt? Waren die wichtiger als die Zahl es aussehen lässt oder können die aus der Liste raus? – Mütze 15:04, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

I've removed them all except 7.0.1, because they add nothing. 7.0.1 was the first iteration compatible with RAW. ALTON .ıl 00:27, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
I disagree with this change. This is the "Photoshop release history", not the "Photoshop major feature-adding release history except for 7.0.1". RAW support isn't exactly a major feature, either. I'd say the memory usage enhancements in 6.0.1 were a bigger deal than that. But who are we to decide which releases are important enough for a researcher who wants to know about the release history? Besides, what's the harm in having them listed? —mjb (talk) 02:24, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
I don't know enough about the history to argue otherwise, so you may revert. Does Photoshop have upgrades besides x.x.1—does it go beyond that with x.x.2 and so on? If so, I'm all for keeping and adding them all, perhaps in a way that is clear that they are consituents of the "major release". For now, those that gave no information weren't conducive in any way, but I suppose they don't detract either. ALTON .ıl 03:20, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Photoshop Elements releases

The Elements page doesn't have a corresponding release history that I can see, apart from aligning the initial release with 7.0 - would it make sense to interleave it here? I don't know how tightly linked they are, but I'm having a hard time divining which full-version releases correspond to Elements releases. - Royan (talk) 22:53, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
