This software is copyrighted, but its screenshot is being used in the Adobe Digital Editions article under U.S. fair use laws, because:

it helps to visually identify the software; in that sense it furthers the goal of providing verifiable information.
it does not limit, nor does it claim to, limit the rights of the copyright holder.
it does not, in any way, assist in illegal reproduction of the software or any other things covered by the license of the software.
it is being used for informational purposes.

The screenshot contains thumbnails of six documents which are self created and I am releasing all rights to them.
