AdBrite, Inc. is an online advertising firm based in San Francisco, California. It was founded by Philip J. Kaplan and Gidon Wise.

AdBrite serves ads on 68,836 websites, according to their published stats [1], and is the 10th largest ad network on the Internet, according to Media Metrix[2]. Attributor survey ranked AdBrite as the 6th largest ad server in 2008.[3]

AdBrite was originally founded as Marketbanker.com in 2002, and relaunched as AdBrite in 2004. AdBrite is backed by Sequoia Capital and has raised $35 million in three rounds of funding from Sequoia[4], Mitsui and DAG Ventures[5].

On February 12, 2008 the company launched Spottt.com, a link exchange that enable sites to promote each other for free[6].
