What exactly is an actinic light for aquariums? Is that the only definition, that it 'gives off a bluish tint'? Or does it have UV light too? Is it called actinic because it tries to cause photochemical reactions (i.e. growth) in coral? --24.46.164.83 03:10, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
