[edit] Removed confusing phrase

I've removed the phrase "and will eventually go up a level each year" from the sentence about freshman-level language courses, because it didn't make much sense to me. With a little context it might make perfect sense though. Jessicapierce 22:11, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
