User was banned for 31 hours on the 19th; on the 21st, as soon as the block was lifted user vandalized Mike Martz twice. User has an astonishingly long :Talk page that is crammed full of warnings to stop vandalizing entries.Thespian 05:11, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

I just went through the last 50 or so edits of this IP. Though the warnings are extensive, they're not complete; almost all of this user's edits are things like adding 'tigger likes it in the butt' to the Tigger page, blanking pages, addig comments about how the subject sucks, or adding comments that camels can swim/pigs can fly (fairly extesnively added to the pages, in repeated small commentia, presumably in the hopes that someone would rv one version but miss a second addition.Thespian 20:03, 24 March 2007 (UTC)

I focused my review on the original disruptive edits from this IP address that prompted the original March report, since more recent edits appear to be productive. I reviewed the 32 edits made by this IP address between 2/15/07 and 3/30/07. Out of those 32 edits, 24 were blatant vandalism, 6 were productive contributions, and 2 were a vandalization and then its immediate reversion. During this period of time, the IP address was blocked once for vandalism. In total, this IP address has been blocked four times for vandalism (see block log above). One name that came up in my search (in a possible "X was here" context) was Sam Coulter.
