[edit] Trivia Section
The trivia section in this article is completely empty, and unless some author is currently in the process of writing the section, I think it should be removed. Lserven (talk) 00:11, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Picture?
Can anyone find a picture of them that isn't copyrighted? I can't. That would be great. Thanks! -- FatalError (talk | contribs) 00:26, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Umm
What the heck is with the attack on the one guy in the band? I know nothing about it, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't belong in an encyclopedic entry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.150.179.239 (talk) 00:21, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Metalcore influence
Just a side note, although it seems to have been realized...
A Day to Remember's latest album incorporates a huge metal influence. It's not the dominant sound (neither is pop-punk or post-hardcore), but it comes in significant doses. The thrash-metal like riffing on A Shot in the Dark's verse, for example. That's not post-hardcore or pop-punk (unless you consider Sum 41's one album, which had thrash metal influences).
There's a lot more metal on this album than Underoath's latest three albums, and that band is still listed as "Metalcore"

- Personally, I don't agree at all with Underoath being metalcore, but that's another story. A Day to Remember's old album has metalcore influences, definitely; that's why I decided to keep it. However, I don't see where you are seeing it in the new one. They have some metal-like riffs, but metalcore? Metalcore itself differs from heavy metal and thrash metal mainly by vocals. By your logic, I could call Scary Kids Scaring Kids speed metal, because they have a lot of speed metal-like solos in their songs. A Day to Remember is as much rock as SKSK is. -- FatalError (t|c) 05:12, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
