A.J. Thelen (born March 11, 1986) is an American professional ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the first round, twelfth overall, of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild, but was never signed. As of the 2007–08 season, he is playing in the ECHL with the Texas Wildcatters.
