[edit] Nationality

I see you've been appending "United States" to a number of geographic references, which is fine. However, please don't assume American-centrism just because it's not included in every instance, particularly for large or well-known cities/places. For instance, saying "Boston, Massachusetts" is acceptable because there are no other internationally-familiar places called "Boston, Massachusetts".

The same is true for major cities in other countries as well: one doesn't always have to say "London, United Kingdom" or "Mexico City, Mexico" -- they're famous cities, and given an appropriate context it's fine to just say "London" or "Mexico City".
