From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi, I notice you've been editing the track listings on the entry for the forthcoming Whitney album. What's the source for this information? Unless it can be attributed to a reliable source, it can't be included in the article. Gusworld (talk) 23:06, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Whitney apology

I've discussed the relevant issues at the Whitney album article, but I just wanted to reiterate here that it wasn't at all my intention to discourage you from editing the article -- I just wanted to ensure that the references were appropriate and that the song titles matched what the references said (which hadn't happened in one case). Sorry if it distressed you. Too few editors are willing to provide detaiiled references, so I'd hate to see you discouraged from continuing to contribute.

On a procedural note, you've reverted the article at least three times in a 24-hour period, which is a possible violation of the Wikipedia three-revert rule. I've also done three reverts, so won't be making any further reversions myself; hopefully we can sort it out on the talk page rather than engaging in a largely futile edit-war.
