Correct me if I am wrong but (afaik) both in TCP Reno and Tahoe, on timeout CongWin = 1MSS and in 3DupACK, CongWin = 1/2 CongWin. Isn't that so? TCP congestion avoidance algorithm also seems to say that. Waiting your response. --soum (0_o) 14:06, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
