Hey! Yes I think that "My name is Richard and I have a big willy" isn't very funny either, but we can't be sure if it's true or not. It's pretty inappropriate to change the text of other person's user page. You can edit user pages if the userpage includes copyrighted material, if the page contains something that is against Wikipedia's policies or if the user who created the page, has problems creating page structure (you can help him).
