That was just vandalism. With edits like that, you only need to hit "undo" and use "rv vandalism" and no one is going to question it. There's not a lot that can be done about that unless the article is semi-protected to prevent unregistered and unestablished editors from making changes at all. - Vandalism on the Manson page is constant. Most of the changes that occur on it are some form of vandalism. That's why the hidden notes aren't going to do much good, even what appears to be legitimate changes are often just subtlely disguised tampering. I'd venture to say that not a day goes by without vandalism on the Manson page, and the majority of changes I track on my watchlist are the same. Don't sweat them, it will only make you crazy.
