[edit] Your September 15 edits

IRT your refusal to follow proper community procedures on the USAA page:

This page in a nutshell: Do not revert any single page in whole or in part more than three times in 24 hours, except in the case of obvious, simple vandalism.
(Or else an administrator may block your account.)

[edit] Your September 14 edits

Your recent contribution to the Wikipedia article USAA is very much appreciated. However, you did not provide references or sources in the article. Keeping Wikipedia accurate and verifiable is very important, and as you might be aware there is currently a push to improve the quality of Wikipedia by encouraging editors to cite the sources they used when adding content. Can you provide in the article specific references to any books, articles, websites or other reliable sources that will allow people to verify the content in USAA? You can use a citation method listed at inline citations that best suits this article. Thanks!

With regard to your comments in the USAA edit summary: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. "Do not make personal attacks anywhere in Wikipedia. Comment on content, not on the contributor. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users." Please keep this in mind while editing. Thanks. — ERcheck (talk) 20:01, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] USAA is a Fortune 500 company

I'm afraid USAA is a Fortune 500 company (see No. 189 at List_of_Fortune_500). Please do not continue to revert this change into the article or you will blocked under the three revert rule. Thanks, Gwernol 23:59, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked for 3RR violation

You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.

[edit] Your edit to Unincorporated reciprocal inter-insurance exchange

Your recent edit to Unincorporated reciprocal inter-insurance exchange (diff) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to recognize and repair vandalism to Wikipedia articles. If the bot reverted a legitimate edit, please accept my humble creator's apologies – if you bring it to the attention of the bot's owner, we may be able to improve its behavior. [edit] Your edit to Reciprocal inter-insurance exchange

You have repeatedly been warned to stop your vandalism of articles on Wikipedia when you came here using other IPs. Please stop. You are welcome to contribute real edits to Wikipedia but all vandalism done by you will be reverted and you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia if you continue. You're welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

We hope that you will become a legitimate editor and create an account. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

If you feel you have received this message in error, it may be because you are using a shared IP address. Nevertheless, repeated vandalism from this address may cause you to be included in any future sanctions such as temporary blocks or bans. To avoid confusion in the future, we invite you to create a user account of your own.

[edit] Edits to user pages

Please do not edit my user page. Either you can't read, or you're dishonest, and I go with the latter based on your track record. The vandalism you instituted linked to a conversation between myself and user:Hillcountrygrump. He/she is the USAA employee, not me. I bet you knew that, though, and are just trying to deceive anyone bored enough to look into this.

[edit] Blocked again for vandalism

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. Please note that page blanking, addition of random text or spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, and other deliberate attempts to disrupt Wikipedia are considered vandalism. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may come back after the block expires. Gwernol 22:07, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:69.47.149.74. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. ST47Talk 16:14, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright violation

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the Transfer hydrogenation article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

Feel free to re-submit a new version of the article. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. Andrew_pmk | Talk 23:26, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
