[edit] Supercouple article
Hello, 63.139.170.32. You may already know this, and I'm sure you'd probably have checked anyway, if not, but I answered your question about the Supercouple article, as seen in this link. Anyway, I'll see you around. Flyer22 (talk) 22:02, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Idle threats
You can't report someone for having an opinion on your opinion. You stated your opinion on your feelings that there is too much information on the gay/lesbian section in the Supercouple article. I stated my opinion of your opinion. You can't report a person for that. None of what I said was a personal attack, it was opinion of your opinion. Don't threaten people, that is a violation of the rules. IrishLass (talk) 21:13, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
- I feel like I possibly can report someone for slander, and that's what accusing me of prejudice out of nowhere sounds like. People acting the way you do is not going to be at all conducive to this process. People shouldn't have to be worried about what insults are going to be hurled at them if they want to say something. You are on extremely thin ice.--63.139.170.32 (talk) 19:28, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
- Hardly. You might want to rethink your threats as they are the things crossing the line, not what I wrote. You interpreted what was said incorrectly and for that you cannot do anything to me. You also need to look up the definition of slander. I stand by my statement, you indicated a need to hide and "choose your words" and then implied I was gay. You might do well to actually read my words as they are written, before making additional idle threats. My statements were indicated perceptions of you, not tangible statements that you are based on your own words. A summation of your statements as observation is not slander. Slander/defamation is to go out and specifically state as fact an allegation, not offer opinion of an impression given by someone. It's the difference between saying "I thought he was mean" and "He's a mean person." You can legally state without fear of slander that you think anything. We are a free thinking society and you can't report someone for expressing a thought. Again, think before threatening. IrishLass (talk) 20:57, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
