I noticed that you've changed "not-for-profit" to "not-for-dividend" based on the fact that "Network Rail" actually produced a profit. Are you aware that the company that actually runs the railways is "Network Rail Infrastructure Limited" (which is a fully incorporated company) which is owned by "Network Rail Holdco Limited" (also a fully incorporated company) which is ultimately owned by "Network Rail Limited" (which is the company limited by guarantee). Therefore I believe that it IS possible for NRInfLtd to declare a profit but not for NRLtd to do so. I'd appreciate your views on this, and in this light whether it is sensible to change the wording back to "not-for-profit". -- MightyWarrior 17:04, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
