Just because a website is free, does not automatically make it suitable for linking from here. It has to provide significant non-trivial info, which cannot be covered by the scope of the article, and of course it must not be a SPS (blog, forum, wiki, or personal websites). Plus, this is not a linkfarm, we have to be very judicious in choosing what to link and what not to.
