Please do not make legal threats or claims of legal action against users or Wikipedia itself on Wikipedia as you did on Talk:David dean. The page in question, David dean, has been deleted. Thank you. — ERcheck (talk) 01:30, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Please review Wikipedia policy on legal threats. Dispute resolution is the first course of action. Threats are not necessary. In the case of the disparaging page on David Dean, the content violated Wikipedia policy and it was summarily deleted. If such pages appear and you notice them, you can either tag them for speedy deletion yourself (with {{db-attack}}) or report the incident on the Administrators' noticeboard. — ERcheck (talk) 03:42, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
