The WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter Issue XI — March 9, 2008

Project News No Way Out (2004) failed its nomination for Featured Article status; its nomination can be found here. List of WCW Hardcore Champions has been nominated for Featured list status; its nomination can be found here. Royal Rumble (2005), Over the Edge (1998), and Vengeance (2005) have been listed for Peer review. Please review these articles and make suggestions for how they can be improved in preparation for a Good article nomination. Their peer reviews can be found here, here and here. Dawn Marie Psaltis, Lisa Marie Varon, and Unforgiven (2004) have been elevated to Good article status. Don Kent (wrestler), Jos LeDuc, New Year's Revolution (2007), Ricky Banderas, SummerSlam (1994), SummerSlam (2007), No Way Out (2007) and Unforgiven (2005) are currently Good article candidates. WikiProject Professional wrestling will be the Featured Wikiproject in next week's edition of the Signpost. LAX, iMatthew, and Nikki311 will answer questions relating to the project here. Current Events Ron Killings is still being reported as having signed a WWE contract. As there is no reliable source for anything of the sort, be prepared for his name to be continually added to the WWE Roster article, and information about his return being added to his article. There is also, apparently, an audio interview with Killings where he states he will be returning to WWE with his old K-Kwik gimmick. Recent SmackDown! taping spoilers indicate that Killings has already debuted under the name Kwik Killings in a Dark match. However, no reliable source for this information has been found yet. Articles for Deletion Current: NWA Australian Championship. Kept: Lena Yada, Vicious and Delicious. Deleted: Callum Sprit, WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2009, Road to WrestleMania Tournament, Gary Mei. Collaboration of the Week The article collaboration for March 3 through March 16 is Ric Flair. Please help to improve it to match the quality of an ideal Wikipedia professional wrestling related article. The next article for collaboration will be chosen on Sunday, March 16. Canonicity

Are you still active with WP:DBZ? Well, I wanted to ask where the specific discussion regarding "canonicity" is. I vaguely recall seeing it in one of the archives of the WikiProject, but it could have been somewhere else. Thoughts? Please reply on your talk page, as I have watchlisted it. Hey, have you ever thought about listing yourself here? You know, get yourself noticed and maybe even get a promotion. You could take the Dragon Ball Project and that Wrestling thing you do alot farther. I'd damn sure support, and I'd bet Deskana would too. You caught me. I'm sorry for my actions. I wanted to add good pictures of the titles on wiki so I said they were fair use. I should have known better to not violite a poilicy. I wont do it again. Picture

Hey, bulletproof. I got to say, you're great at finding photo's for the wrestling articles, including the Raw and Wrestlemania XXV one....But why not just upload a new version of it on the same file, not making new files like instead of WWE RAW.png, you put WWE RAWHD.png . It makes it look like the history of WWE RAW.png was just nothing, including the smackdown! one. I noticed a long time ago, you told TruCo that you found the file, when I did. I haven't retired or anything. I haven't been able to get online in over a month and don't know when I will be able to get the situation fixed (I am using a public libray computer to type this).
