3 Strikes is a 2000 urban comedy film that was written and directed by DJ Pooh.

Brian Hooks plays Rob Douglas, just released from jail, Rob already has two strikes to his name under California's Three Strikes Law, and he decides to go clean. He calls his friend Tone (Faizon Love) to pick him up. However, Tone, having gotten sidetracked, sends another friend, J.J. to pick him up. The car that J.J. uses turns out to be stolen, and J.J. starts a shootout with the police on the way home, and although Rob doesn't get involved, he still manages to escape. The plot centers around Rob trying to evade the police for fear that he will be put away for good with a third strike.
