This IP address, 213.40.131.66, is registered to Supanet.net.uk and is shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. In the event of vandalism from this address, efforts will be made to contact Supanet.net.uk to report abuse.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. However, you will still be unable to edit Wikipedia while the IP you are using is blocked.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. As a member of the Wikipedia community, I would like to remind you of Wikipedia's neutral-point-of-view policy for editors, which you appear to have violated at Mariah Carey. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Wikipedia. Thank you! Orane (talkcont.) 01:39, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

This is a proxy of Supanet, a cheap (in the bad sense) UK ISP.

They have a few which their users get routed through, so any abuse from this IP address cannot easily be pinpointed to one person.

This also means blocking it would restrict a lot of users.

Please cease from deleting the disambiguation link from Albania. If you feel against its inclusion, you should comment on the talk page. Thanks. El_C 03:42, 16 July 2005 (UTC)

Hi. Thanks for reverting your test to Omega (Doctor Who). I've also reverted your addition to Master (Doctor Who). The information you added may have been rumored somewhere (although I haven't heard it), but since it hasn't been confirmed, or even reported in a reliable or notable source, we can't have it on the Wikipedia page. I hope you understand. If you're interested in improving Wikipedia articles related to Doctor Who, you might consider joining the Doctor Who WikiProject. Thanks! —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 21:46, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
