I would like to create a new account in English. I'm already an editor in Wikipedia Italian as well as in Dmoz and I would like to use the same nick name: Ghisolabella.

This IP address is registered to TIM (Italian mobile telecommunications). It's used by a 3G data service and so a lot of different people use this IP address every day and all across Italy. Please bare this in mind if you consider blocking this IP. Frankly I'm sick of trying to edit Wikipedia articles and finding that some power-hungry administrator has blocked it. Blocking doesn't stop vandalism - determined vandals will simply change their IP address, use proxy servers or access through other means. 213.230.130.54 22:49, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
