[edit] Unblock request
This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.
Request reason: "this is a shared IP address and other people (me) can only edit wikipedia through this IP address. Why punish the 40 something other people for the actions of one? I will personally do everything i can to stop inappropriate use of this IP address. Please unblock it. Or at least unblock long enough for me to make an account."
Decline reason: "Unblock request declined. I can't see a single useful edit from this IP address, and cannot imagine how 40 other people are affected by this block if they haven't edited from here previously. You can wait for your block to expire and contribute usefully then. — —Moondyne 08:42, 14 April 2007 (UTC)"
Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.
| This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
