This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: "this is a shared IP address and other people (me) can only edit wikipedia through this IP address. Why punish the 40 something other people for the actions of one? I will personally do everything i can to stop inappropriate use of this IP address. Please unblock it. Or at least unblock long enough for me to make an account."

I can't see a single useful edit from this IP address, and cannot imagine how 40 other people are affected by this block if they haven't edited from here previously.
