Hello. I would like to inform you that this IP is a proxy for WiscNet [1], not the University of Wisconsin. This proxy is shared by schools all over wisconsin. I am nearly positive that all wisconsin schools use this proxy, so ban with great care. I recommend that before each edit, they are requied to get a warning AND a 30 second timer to avoid them just clicking yes. That is just an idea, but you should dicuss this problem with WiscNet [2]. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Russian Civil War, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Russian Civil War was changed by 205.213.111.54 (c) (t) replacing content with 'yea deffinetly the russian civil war was the best war ever sooo definetly come and read this link below goodluck.com' on 2007-09-20T15:13:24+00:00. Thank you for your contribution, but we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so please keep your edits factual and neutral. Our readers are looking for serious articles and will not find joke edits amusing. Remember, millions of people read Wikipedia, so we have to take what we do here seriously. If you'd like to experiment with editing, use the Sandbox to get started. Thank you. Conny 17:47, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
