Hong Kong To-do:
- Clean up all MTR station pages. They are literally all over the place. Two model pages are Tsing Yi Station and Sheung Shui Station. They each describe a feature special to the station, Station layout, exit, and connections, as well as neighbouring stations and the station "box".
- We will also need plenty of updated pictures (e.g. removing all KCR-related images except those on the KCR article). Check that all pages have basically the same language structure as Tsing Yi Station and Sheung Shui Station. Links to location maps are good too. (Should also perform these checks on Chinese Wikipedia.)
- Clean-up pages that link with TVB, especially its series pages.

| Editing Guidelines |
|
Please remember these guidelines when editing a film article:
- If a non-film article already exists with the name of the film that you are trying to create an article for, disambiguate and use (film) in the title: Film Title (film)
- When writing an article about a particular film, the general format should be a concise lead section, followed by a plot summary of no more than 900 words, production details, a cast list, a reception section, and references.
- Create an Infobox that tells all pertinent information about the film.

[edit] Hong Kong Film Awards
2046 is not the best film in Hong Kong Film Awards, but Kung Fu Hustle. (SchmuckyTheCat's edit and edit summary: deleting content out of spite, again) — Instantnood 05:17, Mar 29, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Opening Credits Calligraphy
I was struck by the Chinese calligraphy of the opening credits. Is it a named style? Kencf 15:24, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
I don't think so but I do know some directors have been using it recently. Zhang Yimou for instance in House of Flying Daggers. Kwazyutopia19 03:16, 23 August 2006 (UTC)kwazyutopia19
[edit] Improvement Suggestions
I recently looked over Jchungkana's praiseworthy addition on the plot and themes of 2046 and added more details. I think there are still some more corrections and improvements to be made, though. It would be great if all can chip in here and there.
I think another section about artistic devices would be great. This would include things WKW uses repeatedly throughout the DOBW/ITMFL/2046 trilogy, such as slippers/shoes, clocks, gloves, stairways, music, wardrobes, train, etc.
that is all, please help this page the best it can be! the film certainly deserves it!--Lasersharp 07:33, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
- Too darned long and interpretative, IMHO. 219.74.79.77 21:12, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
I've seen that this page mentions the significance of the number 2046 for Hong Kong's losing its special status. What I'm wondering is, is THIS the particular reason Wong Kar-Wei chose this number as the title for this film? 169.232.228.199 (talk) 05:19, 2 March 2008 (UTC)Moebius
