Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:National Liberation War of Macedonia, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. ArielGold 11:13, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding your comment on my talk page

Comments made on user talk pages are a matter of public record. While I agree it would be easier to simply link to the talk page, (which he also did) rather than re-creating the discussion, there is nothing that he posted that could not be read by all. (If he'd posted a private email or other private non-Wiki conversation, that would be a different issue.) But you removed not only the portion from a talk page, but his entire statement, and refactoring other editors' comments on talk pages is not polite. I'd also encourage you to review WP:CIVIL when having discussions with others. Thanks, ArielGold

If you see a IP address you suspect might be Frightner (203.59.*.*), you can add it to this list and undo all of the edits of that user. Per Wikipedia:Banning policy he is no longer allowed to edit in any way, including talk pages and so on. Then you can let either User:AnonEMouse or User:Neil who are admins and are aware of the case. Thanks. Jingby 15:19, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
