School IP address Attention:

This IP address, 203.1.237.40, is registered to Deakin University, Goolong, Victoria, Australia and may be shared by multiple users of an educational institution. If the institution uses proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason a message intended for one person may be received by another. Similarly an innocent user may be blocked for another user's vandalism. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please read our advice on this situation.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block with the template {{schoolblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of persistent vandalism from this IP address, anonymous editing may be disabled for up to 1 year at a time. Abuse reports may also be forwarded to your school administration for investigation.
School staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

[edit] TEST

Thank you for experimenting with the page Bicycle on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you for your understanding. Kuru talk 03:26, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Holden Commodore, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. Richmeister 07:21, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

It would be appreciated if you left rather more temperate edit summaries. The abrasiveness of them is not conducive to collegiate editing and verges on uncivil. Also good faith editing, even if erroneous, is not vandalism, so unless you have evidence to back up the claim, you shouldn't make the accusation. Tyrenius 06:08, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Could you please explain why you have removed these categories which seem entirely appropriate for the subject:

Category:Australian art

Category:Australian artists

Category:Australian culture

Category:Arts in Australia

Category:Modern art

Also why are you leaving edit summaries saying that you are removing spam, when you are not? You are removing categories and good faith edits.

Why did you remove the link to the Antipodean Group in the "See also" section?

Tyrenius 06:25, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

This edit is unacceptable. This is not spam as you have marked it. It is an internal link to another article in wikipedia. If you carry on like this you will be blocked from editing. Tyrenius 06:30, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

You have not responded to the talk left on this page or on Talk:Stuckism in Australia. This is a final warning not to remove material and leave misleading edit summaries that you are removing spam and vandalism. If you persist you will be blocked from editing. Please study WP:SPAM and WP:VANDAL. Tyrenius 07:04, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Steroid, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed.
