The 1981 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup Final was a football match contested between FC Dinamo Tbilisi of the Soviet Union and FC Carl Zeiss Jena of East Germany. The final was held at Rheinstadion in Düsseldorf, West Germany. Tbilisi won the match 2–1 thanks to goals by Vladimir Gutsayev and Vitaly Daraselia.
