As to your vandalism of the article on Phi Kappa Psi, understand that Wikipedia can block accounts, block IP addresses, block ranges of IP addresses, &c. Meanwhile, as an article is increasingly targetted for vandalism, it is increasingly watched by editors who will revert the vandalism. So your threat (“I will continue to delete it evertime it is posted again”) isn't of great concern. Further note that attempts by agents of institutions to censor articles about said institutions have more than once become the subjects of news stories.
