[edit] April 2007
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Boston, Massachusetts. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Thank you. Jeeny 16:35, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Adding reliable sources
When editing an article and inserting new content please provide a reliable source. Your recent edits have all been unsourced and some may be incorrect. I'm not sure about this, but while reading some of them, they seem out of place or do not make sense. This is why it's important to provide reliable sources when introducing content. Thanks. - Jeeny Talk 16:56, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] June 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to David B. Danbom, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. E ddie 18:30, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Matthew Roloff, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Thank you. --Geniac (talk) 16:26, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
