This is the image of the logo of the CD Guadalajara. It is used in the article CD Guadalajara to portray the team's logo. It is of significance to the article because it shows the reader an important aspect of the team. The logo, as all logos, is copyrighted. However, the use in wikipedia does not go against the team's marketing strategy or affect their business in anyway. Thus, it is justified to use the logo here. It is a low resolution copy of a logo. The image is only a small portion of the commercial product. The use of the logo will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to sell their products or services. It illustrates educational articles about the organization represented by the logo. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of topics in the article.
