[edit] Little context in Wardy Hill (is crap!)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Wardy Hill (is crap!), by Mendors (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Wardy Hill (is crap!) is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Wardy Hill (is crap!), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Wardy Hill (is crap!) itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 11:04, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Mathew Ball and Jamie Murray

A tag has been placed on Mathew Ball and Jamie Murray, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. JamieS93 19:49, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

Your account has been blocked for one month because you have repeatedly created nonsense pages, a form of vandalism. Use this time to decide if you want to contribute to Wikipedia or to be permanently banned from contribution. Accounting4Taste:talk 20:39, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "Someone guessed my password and made the page to frame me can you please unblock me! 12jamie34 (talk) 13:04, 22 April 2008 (UTC)"

Decline reason: "reason — Seeing how your older edits also show vandalism, that's not a sufficient explanation. RlevseTalk 13:07, 22 April 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Request reason: "Someone did it ages ago and i have just regained access to it 12jamie34 (talk) 13:11, 22 April 2008 (UTC)"

Decline reason: "Sorry, we have no way to verify that the original creator of this account is now the only person with access to it, given that you have admitted this is a compromised account. Please simply sign out and create a new account (perhaps waiting up to 24 hours for the autoblock to clear after signing out). Provided you refrain from any further vandalism, this should be okay. — Yamla (talk) 13:30, 22 April 2008 (UTC)"

{{helpme| Do you havre the power to delete this account? 12jamie34 (talk) 19:11, 23 April 2008 (UTC)}}

Administrators do, however we need a good reason to do so. Please do not use {{Helpme}} to request an unblock, use {{unblock}}. Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:15, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
Ack, sorry, I misread that. No, the software and the terms of the GFDL prevent us from doing so. Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:16, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

Request reason: "I feel this is an unfair block and I feel after nearly a week of being blocked I have realised that my wikipedia account is to useful to be limited to read only so I will not be vandalising again! 12jamie34 (talk) 19:24, 23 April 2008 (UTC)"

Decline reason: "Please see Yamla's comment above for how to get a new account. Unless we can gather uncontroversial proof that ownership has been regained (and for this account, we have no way of doing so), we do not unblock compromised accounts for security concerns. — Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:29, 23 April 2008 (UTC)"

{{helpme| I have been told that I need 'uncontroversial proof' How would I go about doing this?}}

As Hersfold said, you can't, so this account will remain blocked.--Werdan7T @ 19:58, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
