1. The image is being used solely to represent Yzerman's appearing on the cover of the July 14, 2006 commemorative edition issue of SI dedicated to him.

2. No fair use photo could be used to replace the image.

3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.

4. This image is of a scaled down resolution (60% the resolution of the source image) and copies made of it will be inferior.

5. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the original work.

6. It represents an iconic moment of the player's life as it represents Yzerman's appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated's commemorative edition dedicated to him the week after he retired.
