Yves Bashonga is Vice-Consul to the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Washington, DC. His background is in investigation and he holds a bachelor's degree in International Business. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Education and Management at Strayer University. He has a publication underway about corruption in the education system in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
